What We Do

We provide a wide range of Services

Currently, the main scope of activities of Africa EnviroGreen are:

ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT AND AUDIT

Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs) ensure that the environmental impacts of projects are assessed and recognized prior to commencement. These evaluations provide project managers with confidence that their designs meet with a range of regulatory criteria. Environmental impact evaluations also provide guidelines during the licensing and licensing process of projects and ensuring that the installation, operation and decommissioning of assets doesn’t have significant effects on the environment.

Our environmental advisors offer realistic and efficient guidance, risk analyses and studies on important environmental issues from permitting, preparation and development to operations and decommissioning. Our consulting and project management capabilities shape business standards and regulations. Our strategy aims to streamline the process of environmental evaluation in order to execute projects on time, on budget and ensure compliance with the latest industry standards.

WASTEWATER AND SEWAGE CONSULTANCY SERVICES

Our wastewater management experts specialize in delivering solutions to complex wastewater treatment problems for the refinery and petrochemical industries. Since we appreciate upstream systems and their effect on the wastewater treatment plant, we are able to provide practical ways to reduce the overall cost of environmental compliance. Our engineers have extensive experience having worked on projects involving almost every type of wastewater treatment application. Our consultancy services include;

  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting existing wastewater treatment plants – small and large scale
  • Design of new wastewater treatment solutions
  • Design of upgrade of wastewater treatment plants
  • Design of tertiary treatment systems for expanding existing sewage treatment plants
  • Ground water and surface water quality impact assessments from sewage treatment discharges
  • Discharge license applications

E-WASTE MANAGEMENT

We generate more electronic waste today than ever before in history. Companies are being held accountable for what they do with their trash, including e-waste. New computers and software can be key to a successful business, but what happens to the old monitors and hard drives that are no longer needed? E-waste is growing between 8% and 11% each year making it one of the fastest growing waste streams in the world and a hazard to the environment and human health if not disposed of properly. At Africa EnviroGreen, we help dispose off all forms of E-Waste through our numerous strategic partnerships with E-Waste recycling companies across the globe.

AIR POLLUTION MANAGEMENT SERVICES

The continuously evolving nature of air quality and pollution legislation around the continent requires businesses to prepare and comply with rigorous inspection, testing, emission management, record keeping, and reporting standards. Successfully navigating this complex regulatory environment is a challenge for most businesses that must ensure enforcement and at the same time mitigating organizational and financial effect.

Africa EnviroGreen’s comprehensive understanding of laws and regulations in the region pertaining to air quality paired with our expertise in state-of-the-practice emissions control and monitoring technologies allow us to provide our clients with innovative and cost-effective solutions for their air quality compliance challenges.
Our air quality professionals provide clients a wide range of services, including licensing, compliance monitoring, and the procurement and optimization of air pollution control technologies. Our programs regularly include minor and large source air licensing, enforcement assistance, and regulatory agreements, as well as troubleshooting, optimization, and monitoring of air quality control equipment.

NOISE POLLUTION ASSESSMENT

Environmental noise surveys and inspections can be expected during the approval of a wide range of projects. This may include industrial plants, urban residential projects or massive, out-of-town developments. Some businesses have now evolved to recognize the need to recognise noise risks and are able to perform annual noise audits as part of their company's health and safety policies, but this is just the first step in the control of noise at work.

Beyond threat recognition, there is a need to manage exposure to noise on a day-to-day basis. This includes a robust set of regulations, protocols and recommendations aimed at reducing the risk for noise-induced hearing loss (NIHL) to realistic standards.
At Africa EnviroGreen, we have years of experience with projects of all sizes. Our environmental noise surveys and assessments are all performed in accordance with the latest guidance, standards and regulations.

WATER QUALITY ANALYSIS

Water quality analysis is an integral aspect of public and environmental protection and is bound by strict regulatory standards across the continent. Our dedicated water quality modeling team uses data analysis and the new computer modeling techniques to offer detailed water quality modeling analyses to help you consider the environmental effects of your properties. The same models are also then used to identify mitigation and management solutions to ensure compliance with local legislation, delivering a safe environment, com

Africa EnviroGreen offers a wide range of ground water, waste water, and drinking water testing and analysis laboratory services in support of site remediation, studies, and other projects.

Our Total Quality Assurance work includes strategic programs for modeling of water quality, evaluation of catchment and modeling of lakes and reservoirs and impact assessments. We help deliver compliant solutions, improved environmental standards and capital investment savings.

AIR QUALITY MODELLING AND MONITORING

The impact that air pollution can have on water is something that is too often overlooked. Pollution in the air can end up in our bodies of water, impacting aquatic ecosystems, the overall environment and water quality. Project teams need to be able to consider and predict possible effects such that they can be eliminated and/or minimized. One way our team can assist is by providing you with air quality modelling, which can help you address air pollution issues. Of course, no two projects are precisely the same. Therefore, our environmental specialist will first analyze the particular operation in order to classify the contaminants of greater concern.
